David J. Noonan
With over 25 years executive experience with the
American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), Dave serves
as its Deputy Executive Vice President and CEO of the
Foundation of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Throughout his career, he has served on a multitude of
committees, councils and boards representing the medical
field as well as the meetings, exhibition and hospitality
industries. Dave was inducted into the Convention Liaison
Council (CLC) Hall of Leaders in 1990 and served as President
of the Professional Convention Management Association
(PCMA) in 1983.
In addition to his expertise in association
management,
Dave is a recognized medical educator and author of numerous
medical and industry publications.
